To achieve this we keep our base staff to a minimum and contract in specialists when needed.  Being a Microsoft Partner gives us access to the best specialists in the world when it comes to IT needs - especially with the highly used Microsoft Office 365.

Sean Webb

I have been involved with small business IT for 17 years now. Along with this we have been running our own small business in the hospitality industry for over 25 years.

Like most small businesses we could not afford, nor work out how to implement the changes that were happening around us in the IT world. After getting frustrated with bad service and high charges we were seeing in our early days, we decided we would need to learn what we needed.

Now we only have the IT business and we love being able to assist the small businesses in managing the IT infrastructure and doing it at an affordable price.

Gregg Hales

Starting from the early days of the Commodore 64, working on codes of software, my passion was for "tweaking" hardware to get more speed. Back in the early days of 1Mhz of computer speed, any increase in speed was awesome. Since that time, I have worked with equipment manufacturers, designing and building both servers and workstations, and specialising in custom designed systems based on the requirements of the clients particular business model,

Network design installation and maintenance, security, forensic recovery of data and solving general IT problems of our clients, have always been other passions throughout.

Tanya Vandermaat

Running a small hospitality business gives you a scope on what is available in the IT world for small business OR lack there of. This is one of the reasons we sought out some answers to help others in the same boat.

We don't only look after the business side of things.  Often I find myself doing private computer, tablet or phone lessons for elderly customers to get them into the modern world.

Customer service is a high priority for me and everyone at OzMAD, we are always happy to help.
